Cinnamon buns used to terrify me. It didn't scare me to eat them (I mean come on, they are universally celebrated for their deliciousness), but I was scared to make them. My first attempt years back came out a bit hard, and I felt so nervous to bake anything with yeast. I assiduously battled through this fear because I so wanted cinnamon buns to be in my baking repertoire, and I have to say these are my best yet. They look beautiful and they're packed with a gooey cinnamon sugar mix. The cream cheese glaze is sweet and looks so pretty when I globbed it all over my rolls.
