Cranberry Chocolate Chip Blondies

I always joke that baking blondies feels like cheating because they are so easy to make, and people always love them. The base is simple mix of the usual suspects, and they are infinitely adaptable. These particular blondies are some of my favorites, they're loaded with cranberries and chocolate chips (one of my favorite winter flavor combos!). As you can tell from the picture, I may have been a little heavy handed with the chips and cranberries, but I can assure you the blondie to mix-in ratio was perfection.
